Return and exchange

Accepting shipment from shipping company declares that the shipment (carton) is in good condition and it is sealed upon receiving.

The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of delivery. To benefit from return, exchange, original invoice is required.

Return is within 3 days (return costs are the responsibility of the sender) and exchange is within 7 days of date of arrived (exchange costs are the responsibility of the sender).

Book Condition

To be eligible for return, your book must be unused and in its original condition. 

The pages and cover must be unmarked and if the book was shrink wrapped in plastic when you bought it, the shrink wrap must be intact when you return it.

Merchandise (bought online or in-store) can be mailed to the sender's address.

We recommend that you contact us in advance so that we can send you an email response. You need to make sure your book can be returned before you spend money to return it.

Once we receive your return and review it, the refund will be applied to your original payment method and a notification will be sent to you.

•     Copy of the original order

•     Reason for return
