The book tells about the school years of two inseparable friends, Java and Pavlusha, who passionately want to become famous all over the world. The cycle of stories includes three short stories that were previously published independently of each other and are not connected by a common plot, only by characters. The story begins with a desperate engineering project of the guys - the construction of a subway branch under the village pigsty. As a result, a 50-kilogram pig falls into the abyss of the "engineering project" of Java and Pavlusha.
